BMC is a community for professional working mothers who want to grow in their careers, families and self while connecting with other goal-getting mothers. Part of the proceeds from all BMC events, including the August Mix and Mingle, benefit Martha’s Foundation, BMC’s nonprofit partner of the year, which provides housing to pregnant and parenting teens.

Danielle A. Melton is the founder of Boss Mom Crew, an online community of moms who are professionals and/or entrepreneurs. She also is an adoptive and foster mom, as well as the director of a local Head Start program.

Boss Mom Crew Founder and director Danielle Melton is a mom on a mission – not only to expand her own opportunities, but to help other mothers of all walks of life unite in a business community. To date, Boss Mom Crew has amassed almost 8,000 members.

Founded in February 2020, our community, which started on Instagram, supports working moms from many walks of life.
